Hi there,

The positioning accuracy of the Garmin Approach S3 watch should be within 5 metres of your actual location.
If you are getting distances that are wrong by more than 5 metres, then the watch has likely got a faulty GPS receiver.
This can happen if the delicate electronics have suffered damage from shock, or they may simply have failed over time.
It will need to be returned to a Garmin service centre for repair.
