Its like its stuck in safety mode remote has no responce on it

Canton box. Now tv box. 3d blue ray player. Internet

and its same when either of them is connected ?

Yes everything else is working fine just the tv

and if you press Menu the menu wont appear ?

No nothing the screen is just black

Not sure how to reset the tv

the reset can be done only through the Menu option

have you tried to disconnect and reconnect all the cables ?

Yes unpluged everything and re put in

if you have installed something new or connected a new device then try to disconnect it and connect something else

Disconnected everything still nothing

OK please unplug the unit and then press and hold the power button on the set itself not on the remote for 20 seconds and then immediately plug it back in and press power once. let me know if its still stuck

Just done it and still the same

OK it seems that the TV is stuck in a bootup sequence and so is unable to power up either due to a fault, or a lockup in its processor

as it is just two months old

I would recommend to get this repaired under warranty
