I have a Lexus CT200h and it has a built-in satnav. I have had a message that says I need to renew. I have rermoved the SD card from the car and have plugged it into the the SD slot on my computer. However the computer screen says that my device has not been connected and I am unable to make the payment. Please help me solve this problem.

My satnav system was built in to my car and I am unable to access its serial number . I believe I need this number to download. What can I do?

You can find these numbers on the physical SD card, e.g. 86721-00362.

Have done as instructed but have not been asked by TomTom for credit card details so I have not paid them. What have I done wrong? I assume thus that I have not yet been connected.

Yes, the TomTom site is seperate from this. You will need to enter your card details to get the update on TomTom site.
