Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-EH69. I have a 3 hours film on the HDD recorded in standard play. How can I copy on to DVD. It tell me there is not enough space

Hi there,

If the disc does not have enough space, you will need to use a larger capacity disc.

Try using Verbatim 8.5GB DVD-R Dual Layer 4x discs:

Thanks for the reply. I will see if I can get some here in Kuwait, if not I will have to wait till I get back to UK in July.


Are you sure these Dual Layer DVD's will work in my Panasonic DVD Recorder / Writer ?


 


Next questions. Is there anyway of splitting a 3 hours continuous recording on the HDD into 2 x 1.5 hours segments ?

Hi Peter,
Yes, you can use dual layer discs on your Panasonic DVD recorder.
Unfortunately there is no way to split the recording into separate segments.
