- Can you please get me the model number written on back of Samsung TV so I can open up related manuals for trouble shooting?
- Also, how old is the TV and how long it have had the problem?
- What was the original symptoms in TV that you decided to took the circuit board out?

It is a samsung LE40A457X1D

We turn it on and it just remains blank and the little red LED flashes. I now have the back off and removed the circuit board.

- Is it power supply board and do you see capacitors having top puffed, bulged or swollen etc on power supply board?

The TV is 6years old, yes it's the power supply board I have removed.

The capacitors labeled CM852 and CM853 look bulged at the top bit of black on top of CM853

I gave you the wrong TV model earlier it should've been LE40A457C1D

Is the part number on a white sticker as there is two one says

M83D024127

And the other

SEC S/N:CN08BN4400199ASE38C3L0246 R.C.

Thank you, BN4400199A is the part number of that power supply board.

Please check the capacitors in area that I marked with yellow outline in picture of power board uploaded at following link..

Yes two in the top box are raised and and look like they have had a leak

Either replaced capacitors on power supply board which requires soldering work with proper tools and skills OR replace entire power supply board which would be plug and play type work that would help to resolve the problem.

Required power supply board can be search/ google with part number BN44-00199A for price and stock info to order it.
