I am unable to access my e-mails and I am told that my user name or password XXXXX XXXXX Despite trying to change my password XXXXX being told that you have sent me an e-mail I have not received one.

Can you please specify what email service are you using for example yahoo, AOL, gmail etc?

Yahoo I believe but this I understand is being changed to Bt Windows Live Mail

Email services remains same.

Go to the login page of the email id which you had initially

Then it is Windows Live Mail

There is a button "Forgot password"

Click on it. then enter the details which you are prompted to like username etc
