I have a Samsung Smart TV. Purchased in 2012. Model UE40OES5500k.
All apps have worked okay, but a few weeks ago the ITV player stopped launching. I receive an error message "There was a problem launching the ITV player application. Please press Exit and try launching ITV player again. [SAMITV-102]." I keep Exiting and trying again, but still get same error message. I have no problem with BBC I-player. Please advise.
