What type of wireless security is your router using?
What is the distance between the router and the TV?

My router is a DSL2680


the television is a Toshiba regza no. 32AV1381


The router is connected to the tevision through two black boxes


on the main electrical circuit


the router is 4 meters from the television.

Ok, so you are using Powerline adapters on your electrical circuit to connect the TV to the router..
Is it an old house with old wiring? Approximately when was the house built?

Ok, that likely explains the problem with the powerline adapters.
They do not work well in older properties.
You will need to either run a cable directly from the router to the TV, or try using a wireless connection.
