Hi, my name is***** will assist you.
Try the Power Reset again by following these steps.

Unplug the power cord of the TV from the electrical outlet.
Let the TV remain without power for 60 seconds, then while the power cord is disconnected press the power button on the TV for 20 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet. (If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. Then replug the power cord and press the power button on the TV.
If the issue remains unresolved after performing the power reset, that will be an indication that the Samsung's main power board has failed and will need to be replaced.

Hi, This tv does not have a power button only touch controls

Expert:  *ElectronicsTech replied 2 years ago.
okay, follow the steps and omit the power button step. It is only to ensure that the button is functioning.

if the tv fails to come on, then the main power board capacitors have failed and the board will need to be replaced. There is a replacement board that has been updated that you can purchase if you choose to get it repaired that is better than the original. The capacitors on the original board were not as good as they needed to be. This is a fairly common problem with the Samsung le32d580k and also other similar models.
