Customer Question

I have a double panasonic telephone system. The unit reference is: KX-TG6611
I passed the unit to my wife for her to use. In lieu of grasping with her hand either side, she held it squashing the numbers on the front. The unit is completely dead. I have removed the batteries allowing the unit to completely discharge, but it has msde no difference when re-assembled. The second phone is working OK.
What can I do next.
My email address is: *****@******.***. My Telephone number is: (020) 86891013
Many thanks for any help.

Hello Hedley & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of the issue you are having with your handset.

May I ask the AGE of this system and if the batteries in the handset have EVER been replaced (with NEW batteries)?

Thanks
