My ipad has stopped playing clips received in vodafone get my photo. Do you know why?

Follow these steps on your iPad>

Tap Settings.
Tap General.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings.
You will get a prompt warning you that this option will delete all network settings and return them to factory default settings. Tap Reset to continue.
Wait while your iPad resets its network settings.

Once the reset process is done, your network settings will return to its factory default settings. Your iPad will also automatically restart. Try reconnecting your iPad to the network again and then try playing clips received in vodafone get my photo again.

I'm sorry about the issue. Are you using the Video app or Safari app, etc. in order to play those clips? Is there any error or message when playing those clips?

Have you tried to restart the iPad: Please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.

Safari. Tried the restart and that hasn't worked either. No error message it just doesn't open the link. Thanks for trying to help

I'm sorry. I have some more suggestions.

- Can you go to Settings app icon, then tap on Safari option on the left (scroll down as needed), then clear cache and/or data, then check.

-If that does not work, please go to App Store app icon, then type/search for Chrome browser, then download/install Chrome app, then open Chrome app, then go to the clip website in Chrome app, and see if you can play a clip in Chrome app.

Neither worked. I tried downloading Chrome before contacting you, tried clearing safari data as you suggested, but it still wouldn't load, then tried Chrome and that wouldn't either

Before I try that, because it will need to wait till I'm home next weekend and back on wifi, I tried to email the file from get my photo to my email account. I opened that in Chrome and it gave me error code 102, does that have any relevance?

It worked fine until about 2 weeks ago, then stopped allowing me to view them
