Resolved Question:

Samsung tablet 3 wont stay on site but returns to homepage by itself and if using keyboard after typin maybe 5 letters keyboard will disappear by itself and return to homepage ???? Doin this for past week.....

Hi, my name is***** am sorry to hear that happened.
This sounds like you will need to do a restore of the firmware.
Follow these steps please.With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume Up key.While holding the Volume Up key, press and hold the Power key.
Release both keys when the Recovery Booting message is displayed in the top left corner and the Galaxy Tab 3 logo appears.
Press the Volume Down key to scroll to wipe data/factory reset.
With wipe data/factory reset highlighted, press the Power key
Press the Volume Down key to scroll to Yes --delete all user data, and then press the Power key.
Once the wipe is complete, press the Power key to select reboot system now.

okay, do you have a computer that is connected wireless to that internet network. If yes,
the wifi password ***** ***** that computer.
Please follow these steps:
  • Click the wireless strength indicator on the Windows taskbar (bottom right corner).
  • Right-click your wireless network name, and then select Properties.
  • Click on the security heading, Select Show characters to display the wireless network password.
