Yes, everything else works fine, but when I ask for the TV guide, I get
'No Data' on the screen.
I believe the equipment has a 30 minute power store (in case of power
cuts), so will 5 minutes be enough to encourage a re-boot?
I have followed your instructions, but the problem remains.
I have discovered how to reset the whole system, and it has solved the
