Hi Richard,
My name is***** will assist you.
I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
Does any of the other functions work on the remote? power, etc...

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes, everything else works fine, but when I ask for the TV guide, I get

'No Data' on the screen.

Expert:  *ElectronicsTech replied 2 years ago.
Okay, that sounds like the unit itself need to reboot. Try this, unplug the power cord for 5 minutes then power back on.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I believe the equipment has a 30 minute power store (in case of power

cuts), so will 5 minutes be enough to encourage a re-boot?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have followed your instructions, but the problem remains.

Expert:  *ElectronicsTech replied 2 years ago.
