If none of previous solutions works, the next troubleshooting step will be to restore your iPad.
Follow the steps below to put your iPad to DFU Mode:
1. Connect the iPad to your computer with the USB Cable.
2. Open iTunes application on your computer. If you don't have iTunes installed on your computer please use the link below to download it - click here
3. On your iPad Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
4. After exactly 8 seconds (when apple logo disappear) release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until your iTunes shows a message telling you that it has detected an iPad.
5. Click OK or Restore.
Please note that in DFU Mode your iPad will remain blank.
If iTunes recognize your device in recovery mode, please repeat the steps above to put your device in DFU mode.
Another procedure to put the phone in DFU mode.
Only step 4. is different - press and hold home + sleep/wake button at the same time until apple logo shows up. When apple logo disappear count to 3, then release sleep/wake button but keep pressing home button.
