We'll try the network setup again
Hi Shahid - no the network setup is what we've been doing to refresh each time the Netflix stops running. It says that we are connected and then after a while it stops - it can sometimes be half an hour or sometimes only about 10 minutes - very random. However, if anyone is watching on the same wi fi connection from the Kindle it doesn't stop at all - which leads us to believe it's the TV itself.
That would take quite some time to set up and monitor, can we get back to you later perhaps tomorrow?
