No menu screen comes up if selected. Just goes black
I am sorry but I did not get that reply until now. I was asked to confirm what looked like a wrong model number. When I tried to get back to the conversation it just came up with the request for payment again I have tried several times but without success. I saw a message that I would get an email from the expert, but no message showed including spam. The problem has passed in all this time because my elderly brother who I was doing this for has bought another TV. I do not blame the expert, but founf the sustem difficult to reconnect to. Therefore I thing the £20 paypal should be refunded.
