Hi Michelle, its not printing at all. When I send the document, it comes up with all the right windows (slowly mind you) but doesn't come out with the print. There may be a clue in the fact that I can't get the ink levels up

When I tried to delete the printer in the control panel bit, it asked for confirmation if I was sure which I clicked yes, but it didn't come off the list. Is that alright? Ive tried it several times

unders drivers and software ,click on epson scan and driver to install each of them

ok..if you are not sure..click start..right click computer..properties

there it will list if your computer is 32 or 64 bit

accordingly select the same on the epson download page

you can open control panel..network and internet

click on add a device under wireless

Customer:

add the printer

Customer:

then try printing

if still there is no change, try the below

Customer:

the system restore should reverse any changes to the system that might have caused the issue to occour.

click start...in the search box type system restore

in the window that appears, restore computer to earlier date and time and click next
select a date may be a week or 2 back when system was running fine and click next
follow the onscreen steps

in case this chat window closes you can reopen this chat window from just answer email by clicking on view answer
