I am having a lot of trouble with my two 02 mobiles 0759 351

Resolved Question:

I am having a lot of trouble with my two 02 mobiles 0759(###) ###-####and 01106 621 378 they keep on failing to receive calls the caller gets message we are unable to connect your call please try later.
On advice from 02 help line I have cleaned up the sim cards and find that all works ok however after about ten mins. the old problem props up,no I/c calls on either phones and the same old message to the caller.
I am getting fed up with 02 help as I seem to be getting no where.
