Thank you for using Just Answer my name is ***** ***** I will help with your question. Please could you let me know what you are trying to load the cd onto, also are you able to read other cds?

Hi Carl,

I load the CD and add the CD key, the first two modules 1/2and2/2 load with a green tick then the R-MIX Program comes up with a red cross and the askes to be reloaded again with the same result.

Could you try this and let me know how you get on.
Display Control Panel.
Change the view to "Small icons" and select the "Programs and Features" item.
Click the "View installed updates" item.
From the list of installed Windows updates, Uninstall the "KB2918614" and "KB3000988" item.
Restart the computer.
Install R-MIX.
Run Windows Update and reinstall "KB2918614" and "KB3000988."

Could you check and make sure that r mix has not installed if it has can you uninstall it.
Removing the updates should have allowed r mix to install correctly
