Why does my telly keep displaying the message disconnecting anynet+ device

- Can you please get me the model number off of TV in question?
- Also, what video devices/ sources are connected to the TV and does the error message appear regardless of what video input source is being watched?

Have only been watching television when this keeps happening

Also, is the Sky HD box and DVD player connected to HDMI inputs of TV?

OK, first I would suggest to unplug TV, Sky box and DVD power cords from wall socket for 10 minutes to reset them all, replug back in and check.
If still getting error message then next step is to upgrade TV firmware (internal software) so check following Samsung link to download firmware upgrade file along with instructions to follow the steps for successful update..

Have un plugged and turned back on waiting as sometimes the telly stays on for ten-fifteen minutes before the message appears and picture goes

Tried loading to usb, put usb into TVs nothing happened, please advise further

Sorry for delayed reply, did you follow the Samsung instructions to prepare the USB memory for upgrade file then copy the file on USB memory then go to TV menu > software upgrade etc as mentioned in following software upgrade instructions file...
