I have a couple of questions to help me with understand your problem.

Please could you confirm is you have managed to download and install the app?

Please could you send me the model number of your tv?

I would suggest you check for firmware updates on the tv first if you could send me the model number I will be able to give you instructions on how to do this.

Customer: It is a Samsung UE55HU8200T XXU version 02.
Customer: It is a smart tv and thereis an icon for Netflix. IPlayer works fine by the way.

What happens when you select the netflix app do you get an error message?

To check for firmware updates online

1. Turn on the TV.

2. Confirm that your TV is connected to
the Network by using the Network
Status test.

3. Press the MENU button, select
‘Support’, ‘Software Update’, and then
‘Update now’
.

4. The message “Connecting to the
network server…” is displayed.

5. If the TV finds a higher firmware
version from the server, TV asks
you to update new version. Press
Yes.

6. It starts downloading. When the
firmware upgrade is completed, the
