do you have windows or macos on your computer
and when you try to change ink did you do it by using ink chnage utility on computer
or directly on printer

please click start...devices and printers
\right click on printer icon..printer preferences
let me know once you have that window open
OPENED THAT WINDOW
do you see a maintainence tab on top
click on that and find the option to replace ink cartridge
click on it and follow onscreen steps
I can see a "Epson Product Support: General Maintenance"
click on it
do you see changing ink cartridge option under it
i think you are not on the window wewant to be on
do you have xp, vista, windows 7 or 8
would it be fine if remote access and open that window for you
do you have teamviewer installed
click on the link above
in page that opens click on start full version
save and run the file
once the teamviewer window opens let me know the id and pswd on left side
i will remote connect
were you able to install teamviewer
let me know the id and pswd
