ecause i have had problems since May of last year i have nt been able to go directly intoEMail Outlook came up each time i tried to log onto hotmil.

his problem began when Outlook decided to closedown hotmail and in May of last year Mchelper offered to help Since then I have been reliant upon the foraccess to my Emais howver tis week I was bocke by outlook when using Mchlper and m unableto acess my Email account for the past week

Check that the email address you are giving is correct or not. Use your old email id only that ends with @hotmail.com
