The 'import all' has disappeared from the bottom of the screen

Customer Question

The 'import all' has disappeared from the bottom of the screen and when I plug in the connector the iPad doesn't seem to recognise it. Is there something that I am missing? It connects to iPad mini so nothing wrong with the SD card or connector.

Try this first on your iPad>
This could be a glitch in the software and the iPad needs to reboot, lets try and force a reboot > Hold the home button and the power button down for about 30 seconds or until the Apple logo appears on the screen, then release both buttons.
Then check again to see if it works.
