I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
Follow the instructions below to reset your iPad's network settings:
Step 1:
Tap Settings.
Step 2:
Tap General.
Step 3:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Reset.
Step 4:
Tap Reset Network Settings.
Step 5:
You will get a prompt warning you that this option will delete all network settings and return them to factory default settings. Tap Reset to continue.
Step 6:
Wait while your iPad resets its network settings.
Once the reset process is done, your network settings will return to its factory default settings. Your iPad will also automatically restart. Try reconnecting your iPad to the network again.

it is still not connecting

Okay, does it ask for your wifi password ***** you tap on the name of your home network in the list of available networks on your iPad?

okay, does it give an error message when you tap join after you enter your wifi password?

No it just says no internet connection

okay, try this next. Unplug your routers power cord for 1 minute then replug the power cord. Then while the router is powering on reset the iPad network settings again and try connecting again.

Still no luck it still tells be Ipad is not connected to internet

It seems as if the supplier is at fault

Just my tower computer

okay, does the front panel lights on the router and modem indicate a wireless connection. They are usually green, the internet light should be a steady green and the wifi should be blinking green?
