Push and hold down the power button seconds the kindle must turn off the power if you hold it down seconds

wait mins after the shut down and then turn on the kindle

somebody must have set the pin on your kindle that is why its asking

you will have to reset the kindle to factory defaults to fix the problem.

if you keep on entering wrong pins times you will get a popup that would you like to reset it to factory defaults
