How can i get it back to how it was
it changed when i was in one of the apps

I USED TO PRESS THE GUIDE BUTTON THE REMOTE AND GET ABOUT 10 CHANNELS

  1. Remove the batteries from the remote control.

  2. On the remote control, press every button twice.

  3. Reinstall the batteries.
