Good morning. I have a Samsung LE40N87BD. I am unable to change channels with the remote control although the remote is working as it turns the TV on, but will not move from the channel it is on or anything else. I have put in new batteries which makes no difference. I cannot find anywhere on the TV itself to change the channels. Please can you help. Nicola

I am afraid that I don't really understand what you mean and also what I am supposed to do? As I put in my previous message to you, I have organised someone to come in and help sort out the problem. I think I would have needed a lot more 'hand holding' for me to be able to rectify the problem.

I find this website most peculiar and you don't appear to have received the message I sent yesterday saying that the information you gave me did not help as I didn't know what to do with it. In the end I asked a friend to come in and together we managed to sort the problem out. I am afraid that overall it was an experience I will not be repeating. Some of the problem appears to be Just Answer rather than the engineer and I feel that my £20 should be refunded.
