My Samsung Ecobubble 8KG washing machine part no. wf80f5e0w2w has the child lock stuck on. Usual deactivation method 'temp + spin' for 3 secs doent work

then plug it back and simultaneously press and hold the power button for around 10 seconds

after this if the child lock appears again then press and hold the temp and spin button for around 10 seconds
