Yes I have. It picks up both the Sky box and the PS3 I have connected to the AVR, but still shows no signal error message
I have unplugged them both for 20 mins and plugged back in. Still showing as no connection
Just so I am clear, I need to connect Sky box into another HDMI port on the TV then connect the ARC input to the Denon output?
I have now connected the Sky box direct to HDMI port 1 in the TV and the Denon to HDMI port 4 which has the ARC mark on it. I have picture and sound through the TV with no input registering on port 4
I have checked and the last update was in 2013 so it will have been updated.
Is there anything else you would suggest?
I have tried another cable, brand new one!
The problem I have is that I can't see the menu on the Denon as there is no picture showing.
