Hello Hilda! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean you've downloaded / installed all the drivers for Mac at the Epson website also? Was there any error or message? Can we do a remote support session, so we can chat, and I will be able to help you directly? Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
Sorry for delay - I was sleeping. All drivers downloaded and installed, no error messages. My main problem is connecting to the network through my Netgear router (printer far away from computer, don't want USB connection) I seem to miss the file "EpsonNet Setup", as my Mac cannot
cannot see anything on the installation disc. I did not go though any setup process.
I managed to connect the Mac to the Printer via WiFi. Could you possibly assist with my mobile devices: Apple iPhone and Apple iPad Mini - they do not find the printer (no air printers found). Do you have a suggestion how I can print from my mobile devices?
Great. You used the WPS button or option on the Internet modem/router right? The Epson printer model L355 is not supported with Airprint (i.e., iPhone, iPad, iPod):https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201311However, there are some alternate printing apps that may work. Can you go to the App Store on iPhone / iPad, then type / search for Print Hammermill, then download and install the Print Hammermill app, and see if it works:https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/print-hammermill/id737292020?mt=8If that does not work, please try the app Printer Pro Lite. Then you can open it and it will test if it works with your printer:https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/printer-pro-lite/id399679167?mt=8; if yes, then buy the app Printer Pro; that app costs $2.99 as of now:https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/printer-pro-print-documents/id393313223?mt=8
If needed, another printing app you can try is PrintCentral.
