Hello George! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.I'm sorry about the issue. It looks like the Dropbox app is corrupted on your iPad. Can you uninstall the Dropbox app (it won't affect your data) by tapping & holding on the Dropbox app icon, then tap on the "x" icon of the Dropbox app, then confirm Delete, then reinstall the Dropbox app from App Store, then all your dropbox data will download, then check.
If needed, reboot the iPad again: Press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.
