I have recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G901F smart phone. I can receive text messages but can't send them. All the messages I have tried to send have failed - even short messages. I have cleared the cache but this hasn't resolved the issue. Please can you advise?

Yes and there are no problems with it apart from the text messaging. It's on contract.

Yes and it says that it is sending the message and then after about a minute it says that the text has failed.
