This is common for this printer when the pick up rollers get worn out (which happens quickly on this model) or an issue with the paper.
First, have you tried different paper to rule this out?
Please let me know

yes.

Thanks Roland
Then the rollers have worn out, happens quite quickly on this model.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have the rollers replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Not much use to me then and "sorry" does not cut it
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

so why do you not tell me how to get the roller out?

You have charged me £22 and done nothing of any use to me.

Normally, if an "expert" can't solve a problem, no payment!

Either give me something I can work with or my money back, please.

You can't get a replacement roller for this. They stopped manufacturing these.
But if you want to dissemble the printer, you can.
But the answer is of use to you as you now know what the issue is Roland. I can only tell you the reality of the situation.
