Can you check on the wifi router please for a label as you will normally have the wireless key printed on this.
Check if it and if located as it is usually wireless key or security key, type it in exactly as it appears ef: passWORD ***** ***** to PASSword.

There is a reset button on the back you need to use.
The procedure is restart your ZyXEL router by pressing the ‘Reset’ button on the back of your router and holding it down until all the lights turn
off and back on again. To press this button you will likely need a
straightened out paperclip or other thin object.
