Is this the correct connector for your funai video/dvd player?

If so you should be able to purchase it here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AC-POWER-CABLE-CORD-FOR-MOST-VIZIO-LG-SAMSUNG-PANASONIC-JVC-RCA-TV-LCD-LED-HDTV/201196458265?_trksid=p2141725.c100338.m3726&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20141212152715%26meid%3D1e7c29644aa146239bbf463d68ac0efa%26pid%3D100338%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D24%26sd%3D201201753699

Hi no its not the power cable its the small printed circuit board inside the units it can be remove from the unit in one piece complete with mains lead which of cause is standard uk 13 amp so it appears that if I can obtain these units from a supply I can fix the problem keith

Thanks Keith for the extra info. Let me try to locate it for you
Expert:  dresteve2000 replied 2 years ago.
Is this a part on the Funai? Or the Symphonic?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi yes it is I removed the laser and the unit is under it 2 screws remove it complete the one with the best hope is the symphonic as it does not have a laser problem keith

Keith - I would be happy to try to help you to find this part, but would you allow me to make a recommendation?
Expert:  dresteve2000 replied 2 years ago.
I think it might be more cost effective for you to purchase a new unit instead of trying to repair...DVD/VHS players are quite cheap these days...I could link you to some if you would like?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi I had considered that but the in the uk they have been taken off stock I bought one last year for 200 pounds now if you can get one it is now over 1000 pounds which I my view is some what of and increase in price keith

Expert:  dresteve2000 replied 2 years ago.
