Can you unplug the TV from the power, then hold the power button down for 60 seconds and release.
Then after 10 minutes, connect the power and tell me if it now turns on please.

ok, but that was not 10 minutes, not being difficult but you need to leave it unplugged for 10 minutes, then plug it in so all residue power is removed.
Can you do this please?

It is the backlight that has faulted and will need replacing
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the TV to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you. If the warranty has expired, you can have this repaired, as the repair is not a large operation and the cost is not too expensive.
