My email was hacked by someone i know sending me a "whats app"

Resolved Question:

My email was hacked by someone i know sending me a "whats app" message. The person then sent all my contacts the same "Whats app" message.
I have reset my password ***** can now access my email on my Mac.
However, my email was synced with my iPhone and iPad. I now can't get my email on these two devices . A window pops up asking for my password ***** rejects it when i enter the new password ***** i have set for access to my Mac.
Apple have been unable to correct the problem.

Can you please hold the power and home button for about 10 seconds until the apple logo appears, then release the buttons.
Let the device restart and then try to enter the password.

The Apple technician made me delete my hotmail account because nothing worked and then got me to try and open a new hotmail account with same address and new password ***** works on the Mac. But it didn't work

ok, go to Settings, Mail and press on the account and press Delete Account.
Once done, Can you please hold the power and home button for about 10 seconds until the apple logo appears, then release the buttons.
Let the device restart and then go to Settings, Mail and add the email account again back to the device.

Do I go to add new account or the Outlook.com option ?

Can you go please to the App Store and install the App Microsoft Outlook

Once installed, open it and sign in here and do your emailing.

ok i am there. a page has come up but how do i get to email. Do i have to go to "add an account" ?

Is this now also on my I pad ?

Open the email and the arrow to the left on the side is for replying
You need to also install the App on the iPad as well just like we did on the iPhone.
