I click onto the picture, try to share but nothing happens

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Is the phone connected to the same wifi network as the digital frame Ian?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I am not sure ,how do I know or check this?

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, you would remember so this is the problem likely
You need to activate the Frame and set it up
Please click on my link below and go through the manual to page 5 to connect it
Click me to open
Then follow the steps on page 17 for sending and receiving pictures. Once you do this you should then be able to send photos correctly.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have already done that because I have transferred lots of photos from my old phone to the frame without any problem, and that was just a basic phone.i have put the frame and my network for that is BTHOMEHUB2-HPW2,but that does not help me knowing if it is the same network as my phone

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, on the phone go to Settings, Wifi.
Which network does it indicate it is connected to Ian?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

it has got the network I have given you,but it says it is not in range,so what do I do now?

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
On the back of the hub is a reset button. You may need a paperclip and using this, push the reset button in for 10 seconds then release.
Once done, restart the phone, wait 5 minutes then try to connect to the wireless network.
Let me know the results please
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I am not entirely sure which button it is ,and only recently got the phone I do not want to damage it,would it not be possible to reset both the phone and picture frame to a different network?as on the phone it gives available networks

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
No, you can only connect to your own network and you only have one.
The instructions I gave refer to the BT Hub, not the phone that you have to do them on please.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

ihave done that and it is still telling me AUTHENTIATION error occurred, and not in range

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Authentication error means your entering in the wrong password ***** connecting to the wireless network.
Check on the Hub for the wireless key or network key as this is the password ***** need to enter when connecting please.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have the code but it is not asking for it on my phone

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
You need to go on the phone to settings, wifi then press on your network and press connect.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

that is exactly what I have done, and I get the same reply

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Tap the network on the screen there then and tap forget when it appears
Then restart the phone then try to connect to it again.
Let me know the results please
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

On the phone go to Settings, Wifi and uncheck Mobile Data
Once done, check if it still has internet and that no 3G or 4G icon shows at the top of the phone.
