Resolved Question:

I have a new PIXMA MX 530 printer copier etc. On Monday it was copying perfectly, but on Tuesday morning it refused to do anything. Display says "Printer Error Occurred" and below that "support code 5100". I have not printed recently. I need to copy urgently. Tried switching off No good. Yellow triangle flashing. Lead connected correction and trays down. Help please!

Eventually worked! I discovered that the paper had got jammed so released it. However, it eats up several sheets at a time which obviously caused the problem. How should I rectify this please?

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, then its the rollers thats the issue here Mary
Try to clean the rollers that feed the paper in, as best as possible with some water on a cloth then let it dry.
Once done, then try to feed in the paper
