Hi I,am Peter the picture on my 32" Samsung tv has shrunk to approx. 20" how can I fix it
ihave tried switching off tv at mains switch for a few mins then switching back on to no avail contacted Sky who told me it was a tv fault to contact Samsung also trie Samsung remote with no success on my part

Using the original Samsung remote for the TV, press the Tools button and select Picture Size, then use the arrow buttons to select a wider size.

You say you pressed Tools then selected PIP -
if you press the Tools button, can you see the Picture Size menu?
If not, what options do you see?
What all input types have you tried, and how are they connected to the TV?
