OK; I've done that and will wait the 5 minutes. However that seems to wipe the phone the same was as the factory reset Meteor was offering!
No Change; still have the Error message (but still have all my data.)
I don't see anything that tells me if it is enabled or not...
I am still getting the error message.
I've downloaded Kies (and Kies Lite apparently) but it will not recognise my phone. Keeps asking me to connect a device.
I'm trying the Troubleshoot and it is re-installing the Kies device driver.
Still going around in circles. My compter recognises the phone but Kies just keeps saying "connecting".
I have tried three ports and two USB cables. The computer recognises the phone - the problem is with Kies. This is getting me nowhere and its a bit sharp to ask me to fork out even more money to solve the problem.
Thanks but no thanks. We've both wasted more than enough time on this. I'll look elsewhere. Your service is a nice idea but too cumbersome and on this experience, just doesn't work, so I'll treat as a lesson learnt and opt out. Thanks for your help.

Thanks Ritchie but I'm going to sort this elsewhere and I've terminated my subscription. I appreciate your help; it just isn't a satisfactory way of working.
