I have a medionE4001 smartphone I am trouble with the phone is unstable and running slow. I am not vey good with these machines

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the phone and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and turn on the phone and tell me how it now operates.

I have done that and the screen just lights upand has a picture of a phone with emergency call

ok, remove it and wipe it on your sleeve, making sure there are no smudges.
Then put it back in the phone and tell me if the phone now operates correctly please Michael

The phone booted up but when I tried to go into facebook It tried to load but then went back to the original screen

ok, then we will have to reset the phone and reinstall the firmware.
This is going to remove all data on the phone and return it to new, but there is no way to avoid this.
Go to Settings, Storage and press on Factory Reset. If you do not see it there, go to Settings, Privacy.
Run this and when it has completed, setup the phone like you did when you first received it.
Then try to use it and tell me how it now functions please
