I have a nikon d7000 it keeps wiping my cards it does not do

i have a nikon d7000 it keeps wiping my cards it does not do it all the time just now and again can you help with any advice

Do you get an error when it wipes the card?
Or the card is just empty?

ok, and if you connect the card to a computer, and then you try to view them, what do you see?

nothing just blank i work as a equestrian photographer on a site and sometimes my camera works all day then all of a sudden it wipes them it may have as much as 350 pictures on it then all gone

I want you to reset the firmware please.
To do this
Press the G button to display the menus.
Highlight Reset user settings in the setup
menu and press the play arrow
Select U1 or U2.
Highlight U1 or U2 and press the play arrow
then Highlight Reset and press Ok.
Once done, test and let me know if you still have the problem please.

i wont know as it does not delete all cards so i will try and see what happens thanks
