Hello Jennifer! Thank you for your question. I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean it asks you to enter the Amazon account, then you enter your email address and your Amazon account password, if you have, and it keeps saying wrong password? And/or is it something else?

Did you ever have an Amazon account previously?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

I did have an amazon account before and have forgotten the details, but I was trying to get on to WIFI first and entered the Hub but did not know which pass word to use.

Thank you. That is the Wi-Fi/wireless password. What is the model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Do you see any wireless key (network key / password ***** wireless/security key/password ***** WPA / WPA2, etc.) at the back/bottom of the BT hub device (it is case-sensitive) ?

If that does not work, please do the following on the windows 8 computer in order to retrieve the Wi-Fi/wireless password:
- Please right-click on the wireless icon at the bottom right of the screen (at the Desktop screen mode), then click on Open Network and Sharing Center.
(Or go to Control Panel, Network and Internet, Network and Sharing Center.)
Then click on your wireless network name on the right of Connections item.
Then click on Wireless Properties.
Then click on the Security tab.
Then select the box at Show characters.
Then you will see the Network security key above it, that is your Wi-Fi/wireless password. It is case-sensitive.

Please reply back and confirm. Thank you.

The key is 3eb7927c9a. Is this the password?

That looks like the Wi-Fi/wireless password. Please try it on the kindle; it is case-sensitive. Please let me know. Thank you.
