I have a Pansonic DVD recorder ,model DMR-EX77EB.I cannot get the TV Guide just a signal which says No data and when I look for individual channels I get a message saying No Signal Channel Unavailable.I can however get the TV Guide on the TV.Also I can play the programmes which I have recorded previously on HDD. I have reset the clock to the correct time and checked that the plugs are OK. The system has worked satisfactorally for a number of years.

- Have you tried to unplug DMR-EX77EB power cord from wall outlet for 5 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?

I have done what you suggested and it has not cured the problem

OK, Press and hold CH up and CH down buttons on the main unit until the country setting screen appears then run channel scan, please reply back with the result.
