Model 22 DL 70 2B
Whatever picture type is selected the whole tv picture cannot be seen.
eg. cannot see football score in top corner.
Cricket, can see how many wickets, but not the score.
How can we adjust ?

ok, likely you have it zoomed.
Go to Menu, Advance Settings in the picture menu, go to Picture Zoom:
Press MENU button and select Picture by using Left or Right button. Press Up or Down button to select Picture Zoom and reduce this till the picture looks correct.

Zoom gives a reduced picture size, but does not include missing information. Just black margins.

ok, I want you to reset the current Picture Settings to the default values. Press MENU button and select Picture by using Left or Right button.
Press Up or Down button to select Reset and press OK button.

Hi

I have not yet reset the sky box.

The sky box controls two TV sets. One large in the lounge, which has a full picture, plus one small in the kitchen that has the problem we are trying to solve.

As the sky box is common to both sets, and we only have the problem with one, would this indicate the problem is not at the skybox ?

No need then Barry, then it confirms the problem
It is the Screen controller that has faulted.
We have ruled out the TV settings, and anything that cab cause this. The TV is not able to correctly fill out the screen anymore.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the TV to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
