I have just bought a new Sony 4k television I have Play station

Resolved Question:

I have just bought a new Sony 4k television I have Play station four and sky I have connected them to the HDMI ports but the television will not change ports it keeps saying no signal

When the TV says no signal, which source input is it currently set to?

Sky is in hdmi 1

Play station hdmi 2

if i select hdmi 2 sky still comes on in it

ok, so Sky works, just not the Play Station?

If i plug the play station into hdmi 1 it works but not sky if it is in HDMI 2 or any other Hdmi port

Packaging says x83c 4k x reality pro android

ok, hot swapping (while it is on) is not working on this Model David. You have to connect everything while it is off.
Connect the devices to the ports you want.
Then remove the power to the TV (so unplug the power cable from the wall) and wait 5 minutes.
Then plug it back in, turn it on and it should now be ok.

Still the same no signal try another input think only hdmi 1 is working may have to return the TV?

You do sorry David, the other HDMI ports are faulty.
You can't switch devices while it is on, but the last procedure we just did should have got it working. As the problem continues, it confirms the ports themselves are faulty.
