I have a Nokia phone with Vodophone. For some reason my emails have stopped coming into my phone. This happens periodically and this time is had been a few weeks. Are you able to help please. Christine

Can you remove the battery from the phone and wait 5 minutes.
Put the battery back in the phone and turn it on and tell me if you now receive emails on it please.

I did not receive the email I sent to myself on my computer but am receiving regular emails daily.

ok, if you open the web browser on the Nokia, are you able to view websites (indicating it has internet)?

No. It says "We can't display this page at the moment"

ok, this is the problem, there is no internet to the phone which is why you cannot send out emails.
We need to ensure mobile data is turned on
Slide your finger left on the display.
Press Settings.
Press mobile network.
Turn mobile data on or off
Press the field below "Data connection".
Press on
Once done, tell me if you now can get a web page to show please

There is nothing that says mobile network. There is either network + or mobile + SIM

Date connection which is on

Data roaming options in the box it says "don't roam"

Then SIM settings

ok, then we need to rule out the phones firmware as having the issue by reinstalling it. this will remove all data (photos, contacts ect) and return the phone to new, but we cannot avoid this.
To do this, please follow the instructions on my link below

Once done, set up the phone again like when you first received it, add the email account and tell me please if it now sends and receives emails and has internet.

As I really don't want to lose all my contacts, is there a way of saving them before I continue please?

Check if they are synched online already
Go on your computer to www.live.com
Sign in with the same account you registered the phone with.
Click on the 9 dots in the top left and click on People
Do you see the contacts there?
