I want you to repair the headset with the Garmin please
To do this
With the scala rider Solo headset turned OFF, press and hold the
CTRL Button until the Red and Blue Lights begin rapidly alternating
Then pair it again to the Garmin like when you first received it and tell me if the volume operates at the correct level,
Let me know the results please

Did the red and blue light begin to blink when you did my procedure?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi The red and blue light began to blink and it indicated on the garmin
that both the phone and the voice prompt for the sat nav was active

but the volume is still very low,and unable to hear it when driving.

Thanks Tommy
It is the internal speakers controller that has faulted.
A corrupted firmware can cause this. But we have ruled this out by trying to reinstall it.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the unit to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
